Who may participate
Only adults aged 18 or over who provide truthful information and act for themselves or with sufficient authority.
What HouseFlow does
It reviews requests, performs limited supply checks and may propose manual contacts with consent. A verification label proves only the expressly dated checks; it does not guarantee the property, household or contract.
Information and consent
Participants must keep information up to date. HouseFlow will not share contact details or an exact address with another party without the specific consent required for that contact. Initial matching is reviewed by a person and is neither an automated decision nor a guarantee.
Prohibited conduct
Fraud, impersonation, discriminatory listings, illegal content, urgent payments outside a safe process and false data are prohibited. HouseFlow may suspend and review a request, explaining the decision where appropriate.
Money and contracts
During the pilot HouseFlow does not charge, book, draft or sign the contract and does not hold money. Parties must verify terms and obtain their own advice before contracting externally.
Moderation and complaints
HouseFlow may pause or reject a request or supply submission where there are indications of falsehood, fraud, discrimination, illegality or risk. The affected person may request a review or submit a report through the privacy email stated in the legal notice.
Availability and pilot closure
The pilot may be interrupted for security, maintenance, lack of supply or operating capacity. HouseFlow will communicate material changes where a valid channel exists and will handle data in accordance with the privacy policy.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights arising from the consumer's place of residence. These terms do not replace any rental agreement the parties may enter into externally.
